[Business] Brand / Marketing - Full time
Position Overview
Lead branding and marketing at AHIS to drive the school’s growth.
This role is responsible for defining target student and parent segments and developing marketing strategies that communicate AHIS’s philosophy and educational value through a consistent brand. Through the planning and production of content—including photography, video, and written materials—and collaboration with external creators, this role drives both brand awareness and student enrollment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Targeting & Marketing Strategy

Analyze and define target segments based on enrollment goals

Plan and execute marketing initiatives to effectively reach these audiences

Design acquisition funnels using channels such as the website, social media, and events
2. Brand Development

Develop a brand narrative that articulates AHIS’s philosophy and educational value (e.g., Nature × Technology)

Ensure consistency of brand messaging and visual identity across all external communications
3. Content Planning, Production, and Execution

Plan content aligned with the brand narrative for the website, social media, and marketing materials

Direct and execute the production of photography, video, and written content
-
Collaborate with external creators (photographers, designers, etc.)

Improve performance through SEO and data-driven analysis
4. Communications & Outreach

Manage social media channels and content publishing

Plan and operate school events and promotional initiatives

Communicate the school’s activities and educational value to external audiences
5. Internal Collaboration (Japanese & English)

Collaborate with the business team and teaching staff

Manage external creators and oversee project timelines

Required Qualifications

Professional experience in marketing, communications, or branding

Experience producing or directing content such as photography, video, or written materials

Experience using web and social media platforms for communication and outreach

Hands-on mindset with the ability to both plan and execute initiatives

Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English
