August 2026 onward
The session link will be sent to your registered email address a few days before each session. If multiple people or devices will be joining, please share the link among participants.
- Each family may register up to two adults (no limit on the number of children).
- If weather permits, we will also walk approx. 10min to the school construction site so you can see the actual location, then continue on to the AHIS forest tour.
- If weather permits, children aged 4 and above may be looked after in the AHIS forest during the info session. As appropriate clothing and footwear will be required, we will send a "Forest Childcare Survey" to registered families approximately one week before the event.
- All sessions are planned to cover the same content; however, please note that later sessions may include more up-to-date details.
- If you need to cancel or update the information you've submitted, please let us know by filling out this cancellation form .
- For families based overseas who are unable to join due to the time difference, please reach out to us at info@akiya-hayama.jp — we’re happy to arrange a separate session.
